  • Adam Matt2 cups, chopped

  • onion1 medium, diced
  • garlic3 cloves, minced
  • crushed tomatoes1 can (28 oz)
  • vegetable broth2 cups
  • dried pasta12 oz
  • dried oregano1 tsp
  • red pepper flakes1/4 tsp
  • saltto taste
  • black pepperto taste
  • fresh basil1/4 cup, torn
  • grated Parmesan1/3 cup

Instructions

  1. 1Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, then stir in garlic for 30 seconds.
