- Adam Matt2 cups, chopped
- olive oil2 tbsp
- onion1 medium, diced
- garlic3 cloves, minced
- crushed tomatoes1 can (28 oz)
- vegetable broth2 cups
- dried pasta12 oz
- dried oregano1 tsp
- red pepper flakes1/4 tsp
- saltto taste
- black pepperto taste
- fresh basil1/4 cup, torn
- grated Parmesan1/3 cup

- vegetable broth → chicken broth
Instructions
- 1Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, then stir in garlic for 30 seconds.
- 2Add Adam Matt and cook briefly until lightly warmed and coated in the aromatics.
- 3Pour in crushed tomatoes and vegetable broth, then add pasta, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- 4Bring to a simmer, cover partially, and cook, stirring often, until pasta is tender and the sauce thickens, about 12-15 minutes.
- 5Finish with basil and Parmesan. Serve hot.
