Instructions
- 1Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- 2Lightly dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off any excess.
- 3Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- 4Add garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds, then pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest, scraping up browned bits.
