Instructions

  1. 1Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.

  3. 3Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
